Keeps track of service levels February 1st 2008 Mustang Hygiene has launched
a monitoring solution that is
designed to deliver a more
accountable washroom and
hygiene service to clients.
Powered by Service Accent,
one of a new generation of
service management solutions, it
provides organisations with
proof of service that reduces the
need to check every task has
been completed and ensures
that contracts meet agreed
service levels.
Paul Downes, managing
director, says that clients will be
able to keep track of the level of
service provided and ensure that
their washroom facilities are
consistently maintained to the
highest quality standards.
Supplied by VCi, Service
Accent generates barcodes that
are fixed to all hygiene units,
from sani-bins and soap
dispensers to vending machines.
It also automatically produces
work schedules that are sent
direct to the rugged Intermec
PDAs with built-in scanners
carried by each engineer.
After completing each task,
the engineer scans the barcode
to automatically update the
central system.When all tasks
have been completed and
signed off, the client receives an
electronic proof of acceptance
detailing all work carried out.
This enables the successful
delivery of services under a
client's contract to be tracked
from initial scheduling
generation through to job
completion. |
