Simplified Problem Solving for the New Year December 1st 2007 So many people go on training courses and get advise as and when they need it and find it difficult to relate the products to the problem, so here is an alphabetical guide to your most common problem stains;
Baby Food* Pre-kleen or En-zall activated and used hot/ Rinse with water.
Beer* Pre-kleen or En-zall activated hand hot sprayed/ brushed in/ blotted or extracted out with water
Blood* Pre-kleen or En-zall activated Hot/ sprayed on cold/blot. Apply rust remover/rinse with Ammonia 5%.
Butter/Margarine* Liqua Gel/ Blot with P.S.L./Blot dry/Acetic Acid/ Blot water/ Blot Dry
Candle Wax* Scrape with a spatula/freeze with Aerosol Gum remover/break off./ apply P.O.G./wet solvent or apply a steam setting on an iron over an
absorbent cloth and melt out the wax.
Any dye residue – treat with Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover or Spray n Go.
Car Grease* Liqua Gel/rinse with Professional Spot Lifter and finish with water rinse.
Chocolate* Scrape with spotting Spatula/P.S.L./Ammonia5%/Acetic Acid/ Pre-kleen or En-zall/ rinse with water
Cocktails* P.S.L./Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover / rinsed with cold water. Blot dry
Coffee/Tea* Pre-kleen or En-zall activated hot/sprayed/ blotted/Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover or Spray n Go /heat if required with a hair dryer / rinse with
Cold water/ blot dry
Cough Syrup* Liqua Gel/ Pre-kleen or En-zall activated Hot/ rinse water/blot dry.
Crayons* Wax treat as wax. Permanent marker pens – apply RX for Graffiti/ rinse
Eggs – uncooked* Blot out/apply P.S.L./Ammonia 5%/Prekleen or Enzall activated hot /rinse w water.
Food Colouring* Professional Spot Lifter/Ammonia 5%/ Water. Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover
Furniture Stain* Wet Solvent/P.O.G./Wet Solvent/P.S.L./Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover.May be impossible to remove.
