Green Planet named Interserve's finest
February 29th 2008 Environmental washroom consultancy, Green Planet Solutions (www.greenplanetsolutions.co.uk) scooped the prestigious title of ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the Interserve ‘Best of the Best’ awards.
The inaugural awards ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham on Thursday 28th February to recognise the best of the best within Interserve's workforce and suppliers.
On choosing the winner, Interserve PLC stated that innovation and sustainability are two of their main considerations when choosing a supplier and it was important that neither should be at the expense of service, value or performance. Due to the services provided by Green Planet Solutions that covered all of these requirements, Interserve felt that the company deserved recognition.
Matt Anderson, Managing Director of Green Planet Solutions was delighted that the company’s work had been recognised by such an established industry figure. He said:
