Aberdeen City Council is using a telematics solution to improve the efficiency of its vehicles' routes.

The order follows a trial in which online Telematics Service Provider, Cybit identified likely productivity savings of £300k/ year across the whole fleet.

The addition of the Data Analyser module will enable the Council to continue these benefits long term through the identification of trends across years.

A six month trial identified the council could reduce operational cost, by ensuring 'ontime' scheduling and route optimisation.

Cybit's Data Analyser is a highlevel management tool that identifies trends in data captured through Fleetstar-Online over extended time periods.This allows managers to measure trends and demonstrate year-onyear performance improvements, which can then be presented through a series of user-definable reports and graphs.Call for further details
