Need more power? April 1st 2008 Unrestricted by chemical injectors,Kranzle says its Profi and Quadro
deliver up to 30 per cent more power than conventional units – so
now the pressure really is on
Kranzle says its Profi 160TST along with the Kranzle
Quadro have clear advantages over conventional
pressure washers. Unlike traditional pressure
washers they deliver up to 30 per cent more power
because the pumps are not restricted by a chemical
injector.
Low pressure chemical injectors enable detergents to
be applied but act as chokes resulting in a 25 - 30 per
cent reduction in pressure even while the machine is
being used at high pressure. So when the gauge on the
pump shows 130 Bar you will generally have about 100
Bar at the lance. But the Kranzle Profi and Quadro give
full power to the nozzle without any loss of pressure or
water flow. So when you see 140 Bar on the gauge this is
also the pressure at the nozzle.
The Profi and Quadro can spray detergent at high
pressure giving greater cleaning power and increased
penetration where antibacterial and disinfecting is required.
Another advantage to this new system is
protection of the pump. With a conventional
pressure washer serous damage can occur if the
water supply is inadequate. However the Profi and
Quadro machines are protected by a built in water
tank.
The Kranzle Quadro recently won the 'Best
Overall' award in an independent test by
Commercial Motor, scoring the highest points for
design, mobility, operation and performance.
Manufactured in Germany since 1974 the quality
is guranteed.Kranzle make forged brass pump
heads with ceramic bonded plungers, stainless steel
valves and control gear and 2 year warranty is
available.According to the company, Internet
feedback reveals that many customers still operate
machines that are up to 20 years old. |
