October 1st 2007

Clean Sweep is teaming up with Nilfisk-Advance to provide an all-inclusive machinery hire service to the cleaning sector, with same day delivery nationwide, full maintenance support by Nilfisk's trained engineers and flexible terms for short and long term hire

Acomprehensive choice of new cable and battery-operated Nilfisk scrubber/dryers and sweepers will be available for hire from Clean Sweep UK to suit different cleaning requirements, from compact pedestrian models to large ride-on machines.

Weekly hire charges will range from £100 for Nilfisk's CA 340 pedestrian scrubber/dryer, which can wash, mop, scrub and dry floors at a rate of up to 680m2/hour, through to £275 for the BR 800S ride-on scrubber/dryer, with a OneTouch control panel and a productivity rate of up to 3,800m2/hour. For high performance sweeping the Nilfisk SW 850S pedestrian sweeper is available for medium-sized applications. The SR 1300 HB ride-on model can sweep surfaces at up to 6,500m2/hour and is suitable for cleaning large floor areas, such as warehouses and car parks.

"We're delighted to be partnering Clean Sweep UK in this exciting new venture," says Karen James, sales and marketing director at Nilfisk-Advance. "High value contracts can be lost with a minimum of one month's notice, often leaving contractors with expensive machinery to remove from clients' sites and store. This reliable new hire service provides a flexible option for many companies and is also a costeffective solution for ad hoc or periodic cleaning in all kinds of commercial and industrial premises."
