June 1st 2007 Having been established in their new UK
Headquarters for 12 months, HydraMaster UK
were recently feted at the annual HydraMaster
convention in Las Vegas, Nevada as the top dealer
in the entire network of HydraMaster outlets.
Whilst addressing the gathering in Las Vegas,
Managing Director, John Gotts said that he was
delighted to receive this accolade from his peers
within the HydraMaster organisation. Their
progress to the top has been built upon the core
values of offering value for money, unrivalled
quality and a focus on customer service.
Having represented HydraMaster in the UK and
Mainland Europe since 1997, the past 12 months
has been a time of consolidation with a move into
custom built workshops and showrooms in
Redruth, Cornwall and the expansion of their
network of Authorised Service Centres and
product Distributors across the UK and Europe.
Following a time of sustained growth over the
previous years, the facilities in Cornwall now do
justice to the quality of service that HydraMaster
are renowned for. With experienced,
knowledgeable staff and virtually all personnel
having a background within the cleaning
profession, HydraMaster are set to become even
more of a force to be reckoned with.
To celebrate the first anniversary
of moving into their new premises
HydraMaster are holding a ±week
of events and activities in August
of this year.
The 13th and 14th will see IICRC Carpet
Technician training whilst the 15th and 16th
is set aside for the IICRC Upholstery and
Fabric Technician course. Both these training
courses will be hosted by Steve Poulos who
is coming over from Atlanta, Georgia
especially for the occasion.
