Kit to tackle small spills

Grayling Products has introduced a spill kit that is designed to contain small spills before they become a hazard.

Capable of absorbing up to 50L, the kit can be used for most purposes, including accidental oil or chemical spillages.

Designed to help compliance with health and safety regulations, the kit prevents leakage into the ground waste system, as well as limiting its spread to the wider area where it is likely to cause a hazard both to equipment and personnel.

Each kit includes a set of three high-absorbency tubular socks, 30 pads and a pillow, as well as with a Anti microbial technology company, Byotrol, is now an official supplier to Perfect Example, a company that cleans residential and holiday homes in Devon and Cornwall.

The low hazard, low toxicity detergent and sanitiser is safe to use in the home as it is not considered poisonous to humans, animals or plants and it is fully biodegradable in landfill and waste water.

Byotrol continues to work for extended periods after application.

Resistance by micro-organisms is said to be highly unlikely.
