Turn up the heat on germs
October 1st 2007

Matrix says manufacturing in house gives it a high degree of control over its steam cleaning products, enabling users to eliminate dirt and germs with less effort

Steam cleaning systems have a wide and varied range of benefits including an increase in cleaning efficiency and standards culminating in achievable time and cost savings.

With a reduction in chemical usage and associated risks the systems are extremely user and environmentally friendly.

Because Matrix's cleaning systems are manufactured in its purpose built manufacturing plant, in Preston, Lancashire, the company is able to have a great degree of control over its product.

"We are extremely confident and proud of our machines; each unit undergoes a very stringent testing procedure and quality check before it leaves our premises," explains Matrix managing director, Bob Pownall.

"An increasing number of organisations have started using steam as a cleaning medium – it's a very quick and effective way of eliminating dirt and germs and encompasses a great variety of uses.Hospitals are now steam cleaning to assist in the reduction of such bugs such as MRSA and VRE.

"We have also undertaken a lot of business with local councils who are using steam to remove chewing gum and graffiti without the need for caustic chemicals," adds Pownall.

With an extensive range of machines from light commercial to industrial 8bar cleaning systems available Matrix Cleaning Systems can encompass all aspects of steam cleaning requirements, including household, commercial and industrial environments.
