December 1st 2006 Now available with long handles, Vikan Paddle Stirrers make light work of heavy stirring – both for hot and cold foods. Designed for ease of use, rounded corners and one straighter side mean operators can stir close to the containers walls as well as in the gap between the sides and the bottom of the container. One of the blades has holes which enables ingredients to flow through the blade. Handles are solid, rigid and strong – and comfortable to hold. With a choice of four versions, two of the Stirrers are constructed from heat resistant nylon, designed to withstand temperatures of up to 170°C while the other versions can be cleaned at temperatures of 100°C.Call the number below for further details.
