Hygiene sensitive products

Various products for use in hygiene-sensitive food preparation areas are available from Tork manufacturer SCA Hygiene Products.

These include liquid Tork Mevon liquid soaps; soft hand towel Tork Xpress Comfort and surface wipers Tork Extra Blue and M-Tork Blue.

Tork Mevon 88 is an antibacterial liquid soap that is dispensed from the S-Box which has an optional arm lever for no-touch dispensing. Also available is Mevon 77, a mild non-perfumed liquid soap.

Tork Xpress Comfort is particularly suitable for hand drying in food preparation areas since it is an exceptionally soft hand towel that will not irritate the skin even with frequent use. Tork Xpress Comfort encourages good hand hygiene because it is more user-friendly than rougher alternatives.

For cleaning work surfaces is non-woven Tork Extra Blue. This is strong and highly absorbent when used with water, detergents, solvents and disinfectants. It is also tough enough to be used as a dishcloth but more hygienic than a textile because it is thrown away after use.

Tork Extra Blue is bulky which means that one cloth is sufficient for most wiping applications. It comes in the Tork Top-Pak which can be wall-mounted in shallow bays and alcoves in the Tork Pak-Holder.

For general-purpose cleaning is M-Tork Blue which is dispensed in a centrefeed action from the Tork M-Box dispenser. This is tightly sealed to prevent product contamination and has no sharp corners where dirt can collect.
