Confidential scan service at speed

After making the decision to move its operations,Panasonic Manufacturing UK faced many challenges. It had accrued some 200,000 sheets of technical data, the preservation of which was legally required as well as being vital for customer support.

PHS Recordsmanagement was able to offer a confidential scanning service to accurately conserve these papers within the required strict time deadline of six weeks.

Once all of the material was securely stored electronically, the original papers were destroyed By utilising the mobile shredding facilities of its sister company,PHS Datashred, PHS was able to provide a full 'cradle to grave' service, ensuring that items were confidentially shredded to BS EN15713:2009 and appropriately recycled.
