The service is always excellent December 1st 2011 Scottish based cleaning and
security service provider, Sercon
Support Services is celebrating
after recently scooping the award
for 'Excellence in Customer Service'
at the Ayrshire Business Awards.
Success came when Sercon
restructured its business and
refocused the company's activities
around a 'Service Excellence'
programme. The programme was
designed to provide key customer
care training, as well as awarding
employees that deliver excellent
service through the Sercon
Service Star award scheme.
New helpdesk software –
NetHelpdesk, a bespoke ticketing
system – allowed the company to
track and log all calls and
enquiries to the company.
