Uno dose does quattro
April 1st 2006

Hydro Nova Europe will be unveiling important new additions to its extensive range of chemical dispensing and dosing systems on stand EF62.

The new AccuDose II QDV dilutes and dispenses up to 4 cleaning products at high or low flow for filling buckets and spray bottles respectively. Delivering high performance and consistently accurate dilutions via an integral flow control, the company claims it has the widest range of metering tips in the industry. As a result, users are assured efficient, trouble-free operation:With its intuitive selector knob and colour-coded, languageneutral product selection icons, AccuDose II is extremely userfriendly.

Optional bottle activation and bottle shelf are also available.

The unit's sleek, slim-profile design means it will look good in a wide variety of locations. What's more, its durable, wipe-clean ABS cabinet will ensure it retains its attractive appearance.

AccuDose II provides users with complete peace of mind. It contains extended E-Gap backflow protection and the company claims is the first dispenser to comply fully with European directive EN1717. It also incorporates a patented quad diverter valve (QDV) designed to eliminate chemical carryover when changing the concentrate.

Also being launched at Interclean is ProFlow, an innovative new drain dosing device designed to give up to 8 shots of degreaser in any 24 hour period. Installed under sinks and on concentrate drums, this compact unit features tamper-proof programming ensuring consistent degreaser performance. The installer programmes the unit via a handheld remote controller - and Hydro Nova is supplying one free controller for every 10 units purchased. Mains/ battery powered versions are available.
