Hyflex floor seal is a floor treatment product from the Xola Hygiene range. It is a blend of four polymers that have long life and good soil resistance. Hyflex is designed for use on floors in areas of heavy traffic and there is no need to protect the floor with a finish.The maintenance is easy – simply damp mop or lightly scrub with a floor machine.Maintenance products recommended are: for clean and buff Solarcare or Supercare or for simply cleaning Solaclean.

Hyflex is a water based emulsion seal that is fast drying, has low odour, is non-flammable and easy to apply. It also does not have the hazards of solvent based floor seals.

Recommended for use on terrazzo, stone, concrete, porous composition, linoleum, vinyl and wood floors.The Satin version of Hyflex is for areas where a gloss finish is not required.
